This ambitious project is due to start on site in late 2005 to build a new extension containing halls, meeting rooms, kitchen and ancillary facilities, to add balconies inside the church, upgrade the heating and other services and construct a new Entrance Building.. The congregation managed to pledge the incredible amount nearly £3m in one day in November 2004 to allow the project to go ahead.
