We have undertaken projects from the value of £50K to £5m from the Highlands of Scotland to the North of England, in may cases providing some of our additional services such as Value or Risk Management. From traditional procurement or Design and Build through to builders quantities we can tailor our skills to your requirements. We have in addition experience with all popular current contract forms including JCT, GC/Works and Minor Works Contracts.

For more details of our current and past projects please see our Project Pages but briefly we have or are undertaking a huge number of varied projects such as the award winning  Greenbank Parish Church and now also for St Paul's and St Georges Church in Edinburgh with Architects Lee Boyd where nearly £3m will be spent.  Following successful Gallery fit outs for the National Museum of Scotland we are now doing a display contract at the Bennachie Centre in Aberdeenshire. We have recently completed a café bar project in George St. Edinburgh for Centotre and the Inverleith House Gallery for the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh.  and are now working again with the same client on a £1m Design and Build extension to their Herbarium Building. With Reiach and Hall at Caledonian Exchange in Edinburgh we are undertaking  a £400k office fit out for a firm of Edinburgh Solicitors, and with the same Architects for a new £700k Maggie's Cancer Caring Centre in Lanarkshire. We have experience of a number of Listed buildings including the award winning  £1m refurbishment of Bonnington House, the refurbishment of Inverleith House and now at Luffness Castle in East Lothian with Benjamin Tindall Architects, Our formal Consultancy arrangement with Gibbon Lawson McKee Ltd Building Surveyors has in addition involved us in the cost control of various projects including Corrour Estate, Torr an Albanaich for Sir Cameron Macintosh, Cullachy Castle Fort Agustus, Cawdor Castle, Glenbervie House, Alltruadh House, The French Consulate Edinburgh, Thornton Castle, Centotre Italian Bar, Edinburgh Woolen Mill, Lunga House and ESMGC Schools. We also recently reviewed an earlier Life Cycle Cost and Stock Condition Survey for Lister Housing Co-operative.
