Gifts

We received so many lovely gifts and lots of "lolly" for our trip. Thanks most sincerely. 

We really just wanted you to come, we knew that for many of you there will be lots of costs, in transport and accommodation  so just for you to have been here is honestly all we wanted, so you could share our special day!

A year ago I left my home
and from here I'll never roam,
I brought with me all my stuff,
As if we didn't have enough! 
His and hers, all was double,
To fit them in, Oh! what a trouble,
So you'll see from what I say,
No need for gifts or vast outlay.

However if you feel you do
Have something special for us from you,
Then go ahead,- that will be good,
Or instead we surely would,
appreciate a little "lolly",
So we can go off for a "Holi",
We would like it if you did,
Even if its just a quid!

But if you don't or if you do,
Please don't worry - we won't be blue,
All we want is you guys there,
Our happy day with us to share!
