A Service is held in the Church every Sunday at 10:30 am.  Visitors always welcomed - In the summer months an extra family service is held at 9:30.
Crèche facilities, with adult supervision, are available for the very young. (except during July and August when the family services are held).

Tea is available after the morning service in the Glenalmond Hall - all welcome

Fortnightly Wednesday services are also held in Pumpherston Institute Hall, at 10:15 am - tea served after the service
Baptisms are held generally on the first Sunday of the month 
The Sacrament of Holy Communion is held four times each year at 10:30 and 6:30 p.m. (4pm in Winter months)
A Loop System is available for the hard of hearing.
A Car Pool is in operation for anyone requiring transport.
Sunday Stars and Sunday School for ages 4-11 go to church for first part of service then to the Glenalmond Hall (except Communion - go straight to the hall) Mini Kirks - ages 12-15- go to church for first part of service then to the Mid Calder Institute Hall.
For enquiries re Weddings, Baptisms and Funerals - please contact the minister in the first instance. The church can seat 400 people.
Courses for New Communicants are held at various times per year, please contact the minister
The Fair Trade cafe is held every Tuesday morning in the Glenalmond Hall from 10am till 12 noon. All proceeds go to the work of the Vine Trust in Peru. All welcome to come along and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and a tasty little bite with friends. 
Mary Dandie (01506 88088) will be happy to give further information regarding joining the team of volunteers who run the cafe (for 2 hours every 5 weeks or so). She says "We would be delighted to hear from you. Its great fun and the teams have three people so you will never be on your own. Lots of Chat and Lots of laughs!!"
Members who make their Offering to the Church by standing order, can collect a card at the main door of the Church to be placed in the offering bowl so that it dedicated with the other offerings
Old Parish Registers (OPR's)  The most important source for pre 1855 family history research in Scotland are the Old Parish Registers - The OPR's
These were compiled from records of Baptisms and Marriages kept by the Session Clerks in Church of Scotland Parish Churches.
We do not hold these records however they are available online at www.scotlandspeople,gov.uk
Sunday School and Mini Kirks meet most Sundays at 10:30 in the Church then ajourn to the halls.(except at Communion or Baptisms when they go straight to the halls) Sunday School Ages 4-11, Mini Kirks Ages 12-15
A Creche for younger children is available most Sundays in the Malt Barn (not during July and August when there is an early informal family service at 9:30)

The Glenalmond Hall 150 metres North of the church on Main St. is used for various Church organisations and may be available for hire. Contact the Hall letting contact Eleanor Blair (see below)
The Malt Barn to he North of the church in the graveyard grounds is used for the crèche on Sundays and for small meetings. A wheelchair accessible toilet is available in the Malt Barn.
